Account and sign in
Sign in with the email address you registered. If a password reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and confirm you are using the original address; accounts cannot be merged across two emails.
Verification problems
Most failed checks come down to lighting or a mismatch with old photos.
- Face the light, remove hats and sunglasses
- Match the pose shown on screen exactly
- Make sure your profile photos are current
- If it fails twice, contact support rather than retrying repeatedly
Matching and messaging
You can message anyone you have matched with, for free. If your matches are slow, widen your distance and age range, complete your bio, and add more photos: incomplete profiles are shown to far fewer people.
Photos
Upload at least three, with a clear face in the first. Screenshots, heavily filtered images, group photos as the main image, and nudity are rejected. Blurring is a privacy setting, applied on top of approved photos.
Notifications and email
Control push and email notifications separately in settings. Turning off marketing email does not affect security and moderation notices, which are always sent.
