What is free

Creating an account, verification, browsing, liking, matching and messaging your matches are all free and will stay that way.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the payment method on file. We email before a renewal on longer plans. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax at checkout.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings, under Subscription. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store; we cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.

Refunds

Where local consumer law grants a cooling-off or withdrawal right, we honour it in full. Outside that, unused portions of a subscription are refundable at our discretion; write to billing with your account email and the transaction date. Store purchases are refunded by the store.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we retry a few times over several days and email you. Paid features pause rather than the account closing, and your matches and messages are untouched.
