Accessibility statement
We want TRUME to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website and mobile app, and we test against that standard when we ship significant changes.
What is in place
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states
- Semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Contrast ratios that meet AA for body text and controls
- Support for the operating system's reduced-motion preference
- Layouts that reflow to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling
Known limitations
Some member-uploaded photos have no descriptive alternative text, because members write their own. A small number of older animated transitions may not respect every reduced-motion setting. We are working on both.
Reporting a barrier
If something blocks you, email accessibility@trumedate.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to fix confirmed barriers in the next release cycle.

If a part of the service is not usable for you, contact support and we will help you complete the task another way, including verification.
