Why we exist
Mainstream dating apps have handled trans users badly for a decade: profiles quietly removed, gender options buried, and a flood of fetish accounts with no meaningful moderation. Trans-specific alternatives largely became paywalled hookup sites.
We built the thing that was missing: a serious dating platform where being trans is the norm, where every profile is verified, and where matching does not cost money.

TRUME is built by a small distributed team that includes trans members of the community it serves. Moderation is staffed by trained humans, not outsourced to a filter alone.
